These four new roles (and the people who’ll do them) will play a big part in the next phase of Sharktower, and there are loads of cool opportunities ahead.
Before you read on, it’s worth mentioning that while we’re into flexible/home working, our offices are in Edinburgh (city centre), so we’re looking for people who can easily travel into the city.

Our intelligent delivery platform is helping teams change they way they manage change.
Sharktower is an ambitious software scale-up that helps organisations manage change better using our intelligent delivery platform. With our software, we blend the capabilities and scale of a large enterprise platform, with the usability of a consumer-grade experience. In February of this year, we were acquired by specialist change management consultancy, Proteus. This joining of forces has created loads of exciting new opportunities, including growing our team, and the ability to further strengthen our position in the market with our joint proposition of services and tooling.

We’re looking for an experienced data engineer who can review our existing infrastructure and pipelines, and make informed suggestions for ongoing improvements. You’ll have used workflow management tools (like Airflow) and data platforms (like Postgres). You’ll also have an understanding of cloud infrastructure setup – we use AWS (EC2 and RDS primarily).
Our new DevOps Engineer will helps us build maintanable and scalable software solutions. Our main product is a SaaS project delivery platform, built using a variety of tools including Node.js, React, SQL and docker. You’ll help us create infrastructure utilising modern IaC technologies to meet business needs.
Our new Implementation Consultant will join the Customer Success team, and play a key role in successfully onboarding new customers and building lasting relationships with them.
